You are a business up and running trying to get to the next step, or trying to start. You need components or machines or packaging to help you get over the chasm that traps individuals and companies on their growth cycle. We intend on allowing you to be who you are and providing you a turn-key solution to your growth or production needs.

1 – Planning Stage

It’s doubtful that your mold or machinery already exists; but it’s likely that we already have experience with something like what you need. We start by finding out what exactly it is that you need. This generally requires a site visit and an opportunity to familiarize ourselves with your business and growth projections so that we can do preliminary planning customized to your needs.

2 – Customized Machinery

Our molds or machines are one of a kind by the time they are done, generic does not make sense to us because we’re serving you. We’ll take our preliminary planning, add our modifications, and assign it to a manufacturing partner (in most cases we already have a history with those companies). We use our local employees to monitor the production process to ensure this is what you need. If you do food manufacturing we don’t intend to turn you into a plastics company in order to take control of your own processes, the goal is to let you be you and develop help for you to grow your business with as little effort on your part as possible.

3 – Testing and Certification

Since most equipment is made in China, by the time it arrives at your facility it’s a bit too late to find out that we have issues. Part of our service includes testing and set-up at the completion of the production process. This includes buying materials to simulate a full manufacturing cycle. It’s common then to see what additional modifications can be added and how we can make this more focused on your needs prior to shipping.

4 – Setup and Service

Getting the machinery or parts to you is simple for those who have a lot of experience in doing so, which with our dedicated shipping office we have. Once the machinery arrives (as it’s already tested and configured at the site) you should be up and running. From there it’s the same service we started with to follow you through production and make things as easy as possible for your growth goals.

General Note General note – due to our “customers first” approach, we enjoy a wide range of expertise in many fields of production. We enjoy being part of your secret sauce and thus our work is primarily shown at testing phases outside manufacturing sites rather than on site of our customers. A small variety of samples of our past work is available for viewing in the cool machines and products section.

In 15 years of business we have created over 300 plastic injection molds and launched over 70 consumer products as part of our product design ventures. We have also designed and customized more than 150 machines as part of our engineering process design.
